* Manual:
1) first sprinkle the flour and place a layer of rolled dough on the pelmeni machine.
2) Apply light downward pressure with fingers to form pockets.
3) add filling to the pockets that form.
4) put another layer of dough on top.
4) Use a rolling pin to seal and cut each piece.
5) turn over to remove pelmeni and finish.
